What We Do
Litigation can be a long road, but it doesn’t have to be a bumpy one. Our experience and expertise can help clear the way for you to achieve the results you want. We represent businesses and individuals in state and federal appeals and provide litigation support services to attorneys in complex cases. We handle a wide variety of issues including medical malpractice, personal injury, workers’ compensation, contracts, business disputes, statutory interpretation, constitutional issues, insurance coverage, and premises liability.
Meet Erik
Erik brings twenty years of experience to his appellate practice. He has authored briefs in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Florida Supreme Court, and all five Florida District Courts of Appeal. As an oral advocate, he has argued in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Eleventh Circuit, the Florida Supreme Court, and the First, Second, Third, and Fourth District Courts of Appeal. (He’s dying to check off the Fifth DCA.)
Erik also has extensive experience as a litigator. Before moving to Florida in 2007, he handled complex litigation at one of the most venerable firms in Boston. He earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law after graduating from Bowdoin College with a B.A. in biology and history.
When he’s not working, he likes to travel the world with his wife Nicole and watch sports with a cat on his lap.
